By creating an account and using QuickPay Stack, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform.
2. Subscription Plans
QuickPay Stack operates on a monthly subscription model. Starter Plan – $5/month (up to 20 products). Business Plan – $20/month (21–50 products). Enterprise Plan – $50/month (51–100 products). Custom pricing is available for businesses with more than 100 products. Subscriptions must remain active to continue using platform services.
3. Digital Product Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for the products and services they upload and sell through QuickPay Stack. The platform does not own, verify, endorse, or guarantee any products sold by users.
4. Payment Processing
QuickPay Stack provides payment collection infrastructure for digital businesses. Payment processing may be facilitated through trusted third-party financial service providers.
5. Withdrawals
Users may request withdrawals of available balances according to the platform's withdrawal process. Please note that withdrawal charges apply. Applicable fees may vary depending on the withdrawal method, destination, or processing requirements.
6. Refund Policy
All subscription fees, setup fees, virtual card fees, gift card fees, and other payments made to QuickPay Stack are strictly non-refundable. Please review your purchase carefully before making payment.
7. Account Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. QuickPay Stack is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by user negligence.
8. Prohibited Activities
Users may not use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or prohibited activities, including the sale of illegal or infringing products.
9. Service Availability
While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, QuickPay Stack does not guarantee continuous availability and reserves the right to perform maintenance or updates when necessary.
10. Changes to Terms
QuickPay Stack reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
